Application
SemperMP-R is a versatile multipurpose hose suitable for various applications for which oil-resistance is mandatory. Also suitable for industrial air and water services, compressor lines and many other applications.
Due to the usage of a high quality cover compound the hose construction shows a very good abrasion resistance as well as ageing behaviour.
Feature
Our SemperMP-R product can be used for E5 (EN 228:2017) and E10 as well for B7 (EN 590:2017) and B20 with a maximum aromatic content of 50%.
For the usage with B100 (pure biodiesel / 100%FAME/RME) as well as E85 and E100 a sufficient suitability needs to be checked under real working conditions prior usage.
The used rubber compounds fulfill highest ARPM standards.
The SemperMP-R -hose design is perfectly suitable for the usage on reels.
Non-conductive hose construction with minimum electrical resistance greater than 1 Megaohm per inch of hose length at 1.000 Volts D.C.
Kink resistant due to textile reinforcement.
