Application
Our SemperPUSH is a versatile low-pressure hose designed for a wide range of industrial and maintenance applications. It is specifically engineered for fast push-in connections, allowing direct assembly without clamps or additional fastening components, enabling highly efficient on-site assembly and reducing downtime. The hose is suitable for air, water, and various industrial fluids, providing reliable, tight and durable performance thanks to its high-quality material construction.
Feature
Wide media compatibility:
SemperPUSH is engineered for the transfer of air, mild chemicals, oil, water and refined
fuels such as biodiesel, diesel, ethanol and gasoline, supporting operating conditions up to
100°C and 20 bar.
Non-conductive hose construction:
with minimum electrical resistance greater than 1 Megaohm per inch of hose length at
1.000 Volts D.C.
Enhanced kink resistance:
Thanks to its textile braid reinforcement, SemperPUSH provides excellent kink resistance,
ensuring reliable flow and stable performance even in demanding routing conditions.
Temperature range
Air: -40˚C to +70˚C.
Water: -40˚C to +88˚C.
Oil: -40˚C to +100˚C.

NBR, black, ARPM class A, non-conductive, smooth.
Reinforcement
Textile braid.
Cover
Synthetic rubber, available in black, blue, and red; additional colors available as stripes on
all cover colors upon request; ARPM Class B, non-conductive, U.S. MSHA flame-resistant,
high resistance to abrasion, weathering, and ozone; smooth.
Marking
continuous inkjet, white letters, e.g. size 3/8": “Semperit (S) SemperPUSH 3/8” ID (9.5) 20 BAR WP NON-CONDUCTIVE MSHA IC-08/27 MADE IN EU //////".

ATTENTION: SemperPUSH hoses and their compatible fittings must not be used in environments where vibration or abrupt pressure changes can occur, for example in permanent piping systems within residential or commercial structures.
ATTENTION: For applications involving B100 (pure biodiesel / 100% FAME/RME) as well as E85 or E100, suitability must be verified under real operating conditions prior to use.
ATTENTION: For applications at higher temperatures, the suitability of the hose must be verified under real operating conditions prior to use. Please note that increasing temperature may reduce the burst pressure of the hose assembly.
PACKING: Loose coils in random lengths from 50 to 120 m
