Application
High quality and flexible hot water – and cleaning hose, with excellent aging and weather resistance as well good abrasion resistance
Due to the robust construction manifold applicable for the transport of hot water and various chemicals (see our resistance list) in industry, molding machines, on construction sites and machines in agricultural field.
Feature
The high quality EPDM/SBR-cover ensures an excellent ozone and weather resistance. Cover is MSHA approved IC-8/19 and oil resistant (tested in accordance with SAE J517:2017).
High flexibility combined with very good kinking resistance due to textile reinforcement. Electrically conductive construction prevents the build-up of static electricity R < 106 Ω (according to EN ISO 8031:2020).
Temperature range
-40°C / +120°C. Steam cleaning without pressure up to 130°C / max. 30 min.

EPDM, black, electrically conductive, smooth.
Reinforcement
Textile wrapped.
Cover
EPDM/SBR, black, resistant to oil, resistant to ozone and weather, electrically conductive, cloth impression.
Marking
continuous mylartape, green tape, transparent letters: “SEMPERIT (S) SUPRA Heißwasser / Hot Water WP 15 bar +120°C Ω MSHA IC – 8/19 MADE IN EU ///////”.

ATTENTION: The temperature of the medium must be lower than its boiling point.
ATTENTION: Hot water hose is not suitable for steam applications, (for steam use we recommend DS1, DS2, DS3).
