Application
Low cost, abrasion resistant silo hose for filling and discharging silos and silo vehicles.
For conveying dry and dusty foodstuffs, animal feed and grain.
ATTENTION: risk of explosion. As the tube material is insulating, the conveyed medium and/or hose may become electrically charged. For such applications, we recommend LOSP - G.

BfR (former BgVV) XXI:2002 (Kat. 4).
Temperature range
-35°C / +80°C, steam cleaning without pressure up to 130°C / max. 30 min.

Tube
NR, white, food quality, isolating, smooth.
Reinforcement
Textile wrapped, copper wire.
Cover
SBR, black, resistant to ozone and weather, abrasion resistant, antistatic, cloth impression.
Marking
continuous mylartape, silver letters: "SEMPERIT (S) LOSP -NR isolierend/isolating Lebensmittel trocken/Dry Food Silo D PN 6 bar".
Notice
Smooth tube allows for easy cleaning.
For the application of cleaning agents, please refer to our separate information sheet. Beige tube on request.
ATTENTION: For light-coloured granulated plastics and milk powder, we recommend LOSP-G, with antistatic tube.
