Application

Highly flexible service water hose, with very good ageing, weather and abrasion resistance, for conveying air and water.

Feature

EPDM tube and cover resistant to heat, sunlight, ozone and weather.

Kink resistant due to textile reinforcement.

Electrically conductive tube construction prevents the build-up of static electricity. Resistance R<106 Ohm (according to EN ISO 8031:2009).

Temperature range

-40°C / +120°C ; max. +100°C fluid temperature in closed systems.

Textile spiral.

Cover

EPDM, black, resistant to ozone and weather, electrically conductive, smooth, 4 orange longitudinal stripes.

Marking

continuous inkjet, white letters: "SEMPERIT (S) Wasser/Water EPDM WP 20 bar/BP 60 bar XQ/YYYY +100°C (conditionally +120°C) CONDUCTIVE R < 106 Ohm/m MADE IN EU //////".

ATTENTION: As temperature increases or decreases, burst pressure, safe working pressure,
coupling retention properties and other safety characteristics of the hose can significantly
decrease in closed systems/applications. Failure to consider how temperature and other
conditions affect hose performance may cause property damage, serious bodily injury or
death. The hose must not be used in constantly pressurized closed systems at
temperatures >100°C.

ATTENTION: Please be aware of the safety factor.
