Application
LM3 is suitable for cleaning in dairies, as well for food production plants and slaughterhouses as a steam, hot water and cold water hose.
Also for conveying liquid food stuffs, in particular milk and dairy products, animal and vegetable oils and fats.
We don't use for the tube compound of LM3 any PHTHALATES.
PAH we comply with requirements of EU 1907/2006 (REACH), Annex XVII Nr. 50

NBR, white, food quality, resistant to grease and oil, resistant to cleaning agents, smooth.
Reinforcement
Textile wrapped.
Cover
NVC, blue, resistant to grease and oil, cloth impression.
Marking
continuous mylartape, white letters: "SEMPERIT (S) LM3 Lebensmittel BfR XXI Kat.2 NBR LEBENSMITTEL/DAMPF FOOD/STEAM D food quality FDA WP 6 bar 164°C Steam Made in EU".
Notice
To meet the high demands associated with continuous steam operation we recommend DS1 ultra, DS2 or DS3 hoses.
Very high resistance to many aggressive cleaning agents.
